How big is the farm?
We offer accommodation for 35 people in 19 rooms by single and twin beds. Events up to 120 people are possible.
Our garden apartments are comfortable for up to 4 people.
Which events are feasible?

Can I as a company use the place regularly
Our corporate memberships are for all employees in the company. So you can use the farm as a 3rd place for you.
What is the sleeping comfort like at JUNE?
Our Garden Apartments represent a novelty: As the first hospitality facility, these rooms are equipped with high-quality BIRKENSTOCK beds. The standard rooms are equipped with comfortable double beds.
What is the best way to get to you?
From Berlin, the best and quickest way is to take the Regio Express from the main station (runs from the north (Spandau/Gesundbrunnen) via the main station, Potsdamer Platz Südkreuz etc.) in approx. 45 minutes and for an extra EUR 1 you can book an individual on-call bus in advance (see our Insta Story). By car it can take 50 minutes to 1.15 hours depending on the traffic situation from Berlin.

What about sports?
Our Project JUNE is located directly on Europe's largest skate and bike trail, the Fläming-Skate. For around 230 kilometers, the Flaeming-Skate runs through forests, meadows and fields, far away from disturbing road traffic. The two to three meter wide track of finest asphalt leads past idyllic villages and towns in the Niedere Fläming and Baruther Urstromtal. There is also a boarding stable for passionate riders, walks and the opportunity to jog through the 10,000 hectare nature reserve.
How are the garden apartments furnished?
The extremely comfortable sofa, which can be used as a full bed, is made by Bolia, and the wooden furniture (chairs and table) by HAY. The other carpentry work is made by a local carpenter company Raummodul GmbH of the Roßius brothers.

Can I also hold events at your place?
We have excellent meeting and event facilities. From a high-tech conference room with video conferencing facilities to the fireplace room, the library and the large barn, which can cater for 150 people and even has its own bar.
Garden Apartments - what does it mean?
You will have a sleeping and separate living area - separate toilet and shower and a refrigerator. In addition, each room has a Nespresso Zenius machine for tea and coffee specialties, which are included in the room rate. Daily maid service, towels and cleaning service are of course included.
What about the catering?
Our partner for gastronomy, Daniel Glinga-Gutwald, comes from the region himself. He worked in international kitchens and for top chefs in event catering before setting up his own business a few years ago. Regionality and sustainability are just as important to him as taste. Because as he says: "If it doesn't taste good, it doesn't exist". He won the marketing award in 2020 with his GUTWALD Grill. Daniel offers something for every taste, from vegan barbecue courses to his own spice blends.
The GUTWALD Grill will provide the best catering on site.
Is it possible to stay overnight with the camper / caravan?
This is also possible! We have a beautiful parking lot at the green facility where you can stay overnight with your camper / caravan.

Since the launch of Project JUNE in June 2022, we have been constantly evolving to create a unique offering for corporate clients. Our campus combines co-working, high-quality dining options and spaces for creativity and relaxation in an inspiring environment. We offer sports, mobility and wellness options and are constantly expanding these in close collaboration with our partners and customers. Overnight stay
Our garden apartments are ideal for team stays and can accommodate 2-4 people. They are located in a converted stable building with historic capped ceilings, which we have transformed into a modern retreat. With views of our pond and access to a sunny courtyard with YOGA garden, the apartments offer a perfect blend of tranquillity and nature. In addition, we offer 15 newly renovated double rooms in the main building to make your stay comfortable for entire teams of up to 36 people. The entire courtyard is available EXCLUSIVELY. Our hospitality team will take care of your well-being and is available for all your needs.

Our gastronomic offering "DER GUTWALD" is run by Daniel Glinga-Gutwald, a renowned chef from the region. Daniel has gained international experience in top kitchens and brings this knowledge to our restaurant, which stands for regional and sustainable cuisine. From vegan barbecue courses to individual spice blends, Daniel offers a wide range of culinary experiences tailored to the needs and wishes of your teams. His restaurant DER GUTWALD has already won various awards and stands for the highest quality and enjoyment.
