General terms and conditions for membership


Membership contract

Upon acceptance of the application for membership, a membership contract is concluded between the applicant and make a startup services GmbH. The annual membership begins on the date on which the "Welcome" email is sent. The type of membership agreed upon (personal membership "Pure", "Camper" or "Nomad" or company membership is determined by the information in the respective membership application. The membership is personal and non-transferable. For divisible memberships see "Corporate Camper".

Right of use

Membership entitles the holder to use the community premises within the framework of the community rules and depending on the type of membership specified in the membership application. Membership obligates to comply with the Community Rules, which each interested party receives with the membership application and which are posted on the Community Site and can be viewed at any time in their most current version at www.projectjune.de "Community Rule".

Transferability of membership

Private memberships are not transferable.

Corporate memberships are only valid for those persons named in the membership application. Changes during the year are only permissible with the approval of the community management; when applying for a change, it must be specified which previously designated person is no longer to be granted access. Extension of a corporate membership to include additional persons may be requested within the quota; the decision to grant such an extension is at the sole discretion of Community Management.

Contributions

Membership obligates the payment of the admission fee as well as the membership fee according to the registration process. The amount of the admission fee and the monthly membership fee are based on the membership fee rates applicable at the time of conclusion of the contract; the monthly membership fee may be adjusted appropriately in each calendar year. The admission and annual membership fees are not refundable upon termination or cancellation of membership.

General Privacy Policy:

By using our website, you consent to the collection, processing and use of data as described below. Our website can generally be visited without registration. In the process, data such as pages accessed or names of the accessed file, date and time are stored on the server for statistical purposes without this data being directly related to your person. Personal (or non-personal) data is collected as far as possible on a voluntary basis and is not merged by us with other data sources. No data will be passed on to third parties without your express consent. The user has the right to request information about his personal data at any time.

These are small text files that make it possible to store specific information related to the user on the user's terminal device. These enable an analysis of the use of our website offer by Google. The information collected by the cookie about the use of our pages (including your IP address) is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. We point out that on this website Google Analytics has been extended by the code "gat._anonymizeIp();" to ensure anonymized collection of IP addresses (so-called IP masking). If anonymization is active, Google truncates IP addresses within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area, which is why no conclusions can be drawn about your identity. Reservation and booking conditions "Fair Use Policy

Members must be considerate of others when using the shared facilities of a co-working space, including booking meeting rooms, using the internet, kitchen facilities and other common areas ("Shared Facilities").

We encourage our members to use the shared facilities in our Co-Working Space to the best of their ability. However, if we determine that a user is abusing these privileges or limiting another member's ability to use and enjoy Shared Facilities in a Co-Working Space, we reserve the right to reduce or otherwise restrict that user's use of those Shared Facilities.

We may implement systems to manage the internet usage of users in our co-working spaces to ensure that internet speeds are sufficient for all members.

We reserve the right to decline meeting room bookings at our discretion, during times of particularly high member attendance, or from members who repeatedly fail to show up for bookings or consistently cancel bookings at short notice. We want to create a large, happy community and expect our members to be a part of that mission. If you have any questions about our mission or any of the above, our team is always available to help.

Membership "Pure

The membership "Pure" includes:

- free access to the community area, around the clock - 7 days a week

- the use of all community areas, co-working spaces and individual offices subject to availability, but excluding meeting rooms, which can only be booked for an additional usage fee via the member portal at www.projectjune.de.

- the booking of overnight stays at the respective daily member price shown; otherwise, the reservation and booking conditions of Landgasthof Jüterbog-Werder GmbH apply.

- Preferential prices in the affiliated hospitality offer: 10% members discount for restaurant

The monthly fee for the membership "Pure" is EUR 150, unless the membership application / discount code shows a different amount.

Meeting rooms can be booked for an additional usage fee via the member portal at www.projectjune.de.

Corporate Camper Membership

The "Corporate Camper" membership includes:

- Membership "Pure" for up to 4 persons at a reduced personal fee of EUR 50 per month and without personal application process.

- Postal address: Use of address for business mail.

The basic monthly fee for "Corporate Camper" membership is EUR 750, unless the membership application shows a different amount.

The designated persons (employees) additionally pay a reduced own contribution for the Pure membership in the amount of EUR 50 or this is taken over directly by the company member (e.g. within the scope of the tax-free benefits in kind of max. EUR 50 per month).

Meeting rooms can be booked for an additional usage fee via the member portal at www.projectjune.de.

Supporter

Supporters are the heart of the community. Together with us, they further develop the offer and the campus. The membership as a "Supporter " includes in addition to the otherwise chosen type of membership:

- The opportunity to participate in the further development of the community and its offerings by attending at least one monthly meeting

- the listing of the member's name or company on the website as a "supporter" (if desired)

- free participation in special supporter events, at least 2 per year (special tasting events, coachings, workshops or pop-up dinners)

- active and passive participation in the election to the Membership-Committee

- Inspection of planning documents / planning figures for the development of new initiatives

The additional monthly fee for the supporter supplement to the fee for the otherwise selected membership is 500 EUR.



Project JUNE

Community rules for members and guests


These Community Rules apply to all members and guests of the indoor and outdoor areas of Project JUNE in Werder 45,14913 Jüterbog ("Community Premises") marked in the attachment as house rules.

Binding nature of the rules: By submitting a completed digital application for membership in Project JUNE via the website www.projectjune.de, you agree to be bound by these Community Rules.

Admission Decision: Community Management will accept new members when spaces are available. Who becomes a member is at the sole, discretion of the Membership Committee. If membership is denied, the applicant is free to reapply for membership at the end of a calendar year. Upon acceptance of a membership application, we will confirm this via a "Welcome" email. Annual membership begins on the date the "Welcome" email is sent.

Membership Application Revocation: The membership application can be revoked at any time prior to receiving the "Welcome" email. This can be done by contacting the membership team via email at membership@projectjune.de.

Duration and Renewal of Membership: Membership is for a period of one year, unless the membership application indicates a different duration. Renewal of annual membership - unless cancelled - will be considered by the Membership Committee annually, no later than Sept. 30 of each year. Renewal shall be at the sole and absolute discretion of the Membership Committee. The decision of the Membership Committee shall be final and unappealable; it shall be communicated by a "welcome back" email.

Personal Data and Confidentiality: By submitting the membership application, you consent to the retention of personal data and a photograph for use in connection with your membership. We accept changes to personal data via membership@projectjune.de. The use of personal data is subject to the current privacy policy of the community. The management and all employees of the community are also obliged to adhere to the strictest standards of confidentiality.

Membership fee: The membership fee is to be paid via the respective online booking system used at www.projectjune.de. The amount of the membership fee depends on the chosen type of membership (Pure, Camper, Nomad, Corporate Camper, Corporate Nomad, Corparete Pure, additional option "Supporter"). The renewal of the membership can be made dependent on the member agreeing to a change in the amount of the membership fee.

Late payment: If payment of the membership fee is overdue by more than 10 banking days, access to the community site may be denied.

Invoices for catering and accommodation services: All catering and accommodation invoices (with the exception of the inclusive overnight stays granted depending on the type of membership) are to be paid directly to Landgasthof Jüterbog GmbH subject to its terms and conditions.

Termination: The membership can be terminated by the member at any time at the end of the current membership year. For this purpose, an e-mail to the address membership@projectjune.de.Im is required. Furthermore, both the member and the Community Management may terminate the membership at any time without notice for good cause. An important reason exists in any case if

- a member is in arrears with membership dues for more than 20 banking days;

- a member repeatedly and or seriously violates these community rules despite a written warning.

Notice of termination must be given in text form. If a member wishes to terminate the contract, the notice of termination must be sent to membership@projectjune.de.

Membership credentials: The membership of the member whose membership credentials have been repeatedly misused (e.g. by passing on access data / cards to a non-member) may be suspended or terminated. Lost or stolen membership credentials must be reported at membership@projectjune.de.

Guests: Each member may bring up to 2 guests over 18 years of age and up to 3 children under 18 years of age ("hosts"). If a meeting room is booked for a fee, in any case as many guests may be brought as the booked meeting room has capacity for. The use of co-working spaces / individual offices is prohibited for guests.

By entering the community premises, each guest acknowledges the validity of these community rules. Hosts are responsible for ensuring that guests follow the community rules and staff. Violation of these Community Rules by guests may result in suspension of up to 3 months or termination of the host's membership. Guests are not allowed to enter the community premises without the personal presence of the host and guests are not allowed to be separated from the host. If a host leaves the community premises, the guests must also terminate their further stay.

Recruiting new members: Members may propose new applicants for membership. Neither the proposing member nor the applicant may derive a claim to admission from this. The recruiting member receives three additional months of membership free of charge for each new member recruited (annual membership) (e.g. pay for 12 months, duration then 15 months).

Access rights and privileges of membership: Each member is granted access to the community premises and is entitled to use them within the framework of these community rules. This does not apply to the use of the meeting rooms, for which a separate fee is charged per booking in accordance with the local notices. In all other respects, the services, in particular for catering services and overnight stays, are governed by the type of membership and its specific conditions.

The use of the meeting and event rooms is generally possible from 08.00 - 18.00h. Exclusive bookings can deviate from these usage times. In the case of exclusive use of the entire courtyard, it is also possible to deviate from the quiet hours.

General domiciliary rights: The domiciliary rights towards all members and guests are exercised by the Project JUNE staff or the community management, whose instructions must be followed and who must be granted access to all areas of the community premises at all times.

Access to the community site may be denied if a person - regardless of their status as a member or guest - becomes conspicuous in a negative way and represents an increased risk factor for the rest of the community and/or the community site. This may include, but is not limited to, the following individuals:

- Heavily intoxicated persons

- Persons under the influence of drugs

- Persons who attract attention by aggressive behavior and or carry dangerous objects with them

- Persons who have already been banned from the premises

- Persons whose membership has been suspended under these Community Rules and for the duration of such suspension.

Gross violations against the community rules or against instructions of the staff lead to expulsion, with simultaneous expiration of any counterclaims against Project JUNE. Any costs and damages caused by violations of the house rules, the terms and conditions, the instructions of the staff and legal regulations will be charged to the causer. Project JUNE reserves the right to convert a reprimand into a permanent house ban. House bans that have been issued are valid for an unlimited period of time. For the lifting of the house ban, a written request with justification is required, which will be decided upon in writing by the community management within 3 months. Bans are valid for 30 calendar days, unless the banned person is informed otherwise.

Quiet Hours: In case of doubt, the quiet hours of the Brandenburg Neighborhood Law apply: (i) midday quiet: 13.00 to 15.00, (ii) evening quiet: 20.00 to 22.00 and (iii) night quiet: 22.00 to 6.00.

Parking spaces for cars and bicycles: Parking is only permitted in the parking spaces designated for the respective type of vehicle. Parking is at your own risk; there is no theft protection insurance for parked vehicles of any kind. The StVO applies to the parking lot and access roads - even if they are on private property.

Children: Supervision of persons under the age of 18 is the responsibility of the member who brought them to the community site.

Pets: Dogs are permitted, however, the respective member taking a dog onto the community premises must ensure that the dog does not disturb other members. Dogs must be kept on a leash when requested by Community staff. In all cases, the dog must be on a leash when leaving the four-sided yard in the Village and on the equestrian facility.

It must always be ensured that dogs do not roam off-leash outside the community grounds. Leashes are compulsory on the entire grounds of the equestrian center.

Non-smoker protection: Smoking is prohibited on the community premises - with the exception of the signposted areas.

Wardrobe / personal belongings: No liability is assumed for the wardrobe. Personal valuables are to be secured independently from third parties. No liability is assumed for loss and/or theft.

Lost and Found: Lost and found items are to be handed in to the community management - reception of the hotel. They will be kept for a period of 2 weeks and will be handed over to the person who credibly claims to be the rightful owner. After this period, lost and found items will be disposed of. Project JUNE does not assume any liability for lost property.

Activities Requiring Permission: The following are permitted on the community site only with prior approval in text from Community Management:

- the distribution of handbills and leaflets and commercial advertising materials

- any other form of political agitation and distribution of goods and services, in particular setting up sales and information stands and distributing goods or collecting orders,

- conducting collections, signature campaigns or surveys,

- the placement of posters and notices,

- any kind of musical performances, appearances and events,

- commercial photography, filming and television.

Violators may be subject to suspension for up to 3 months or termination of membership.

Use of the (future) swimming pond and other facilities: The use of the swimming pond, is at your own risk. Supervision of bathing children is to be provided by the respective members accompanying the children.

When using the other facilities, each member must ensure their own health and safety as well as that of others. Members are liable for any dangerous and or improper use and its consequences for persons, the community premises as well as furnishings. This includes use of the facilities under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or medications, or failure to inform staff of a medical condition relevant to the use of the facilities.

Private events on the community premises: Private events in which more people participate than are allowed to be brought along on the basis of the guest regulations are permitted after registration. An additional fee per participant will be charged (depending on catering needs and duration). If the community area is to be booked for a closed party of a member, this can be charged at a flat rate per hour or part thereof.

Temporary closures: If individual areas or the entire community site are temporarily closed (e.g. for private events or repair/maintenance work), this will be announced to the members with reasonable advance notice. If there is imminent danger, the community site can be closed completely or immediately.

Privacy: The privacy on the community site is to be respected by all in order to ensure a pleasant, respectful coexistence. Anyone who records sound and/or images or live streams must take responsibility for ensuring that those who are recorded are in agreement.

Cell phones: It is not permitted to accept or make calls in areas designated as "quiet areas". In the co-working area, cell phones are to be set to silent.

Illegal Drugs / Substances / Items: Members and guests are prohibited from purchasing, using, ingesting, possessing, selling, or otherwise distributing, or attempting to distribute, illegal drugs or other substances, or any illegal or objectionable item with respect to another member or guest. Members and guests are prohibited from soliciting illegal drugs or other substances from Community employees. Violators may be expelled from the community premises and may be subject to suspension of up to 3 months or termination of membership. Any drugs, substances or items found may be confiscated. Depending on the circumstances, the police or other responsible authorities will be informed.

Mail and Packages: Members are only permitted to send personal mail and packages to the community address using the suffix "c/o Project JUNE" if this service is part of their type of membership. Such shipments are at the member's own risk. Project JUNE is not liable for loss, damage or destruction of mail or parcel shipments. If shipments are not picked up within a period of 5 business days, Project JUNE may dispose of them or return them to the sender at its discretion. If any duties, charges or handling fees are incurred, these costs are the responsibility of the member.

Traffic safety, liability and insurance: The StVO applies on the parking lots; Each member is obliged to take out a liability insurance including foreign key insurance, should this not already be concluded. Upon request by the operator, written proof must be provided within 1 week. Parents are liable for their children.

Changes to the Community Rules: Project JUNE is authorized to amend these Community Rules by posting the then-current version at www.projectjune. de.
